Order Issues

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately via Phone, E-Mail or Customer Service Request Forms so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

For any potential return or refund inquiries in the rare case of an issue, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Please note that all item measurements are approximate and provided to the best of our ability. Minor variations may occur, so we recommend considering this when making a purchase.

Item Condition

If you require additional details or images regarding a product’s condition, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Pre-owned and Vintage items often exhibit signs of wear due to age. While we strive to provide thorough descriptions, not all imperfections may be explicitly noted. Fading, minor blemishes, or signs of wear are expected in vintage and second-hand pieces.

Additionally, some products may have factory imperfections or minor quality control issues. As we do not manufacture these items, we have no control over these aspects. Please consider this when making your purchase.

Items described as being in “good” used condition may show visible signs of wear, including marks, stains, or small tears. These details will be reflected in the product description whenever possible.



Item Condition Guide:

Brand New

Item is unworn and in new condition.
May include original tags, packaging, or accessories where applicable.
No visible flaws, alterations, or signs of use.

Excellent

Item shows little to no visible wear.
Condition is extremely well preserved for its age.
Any minor marks, storage wear, or light aging will be minimal and not noticeable during normal wear.

Good

Item shows general signs of previous wear consistent with age and use.
May include minor fading, light marks, slight fabric wear, or small imperfections.
The item remains fully wearable and retains its overall quality and appearance.

Fair

Item shows more noticeable signs of wear and age.
May include visible fading, marks, fabric stress, minor repairs, or other imperfections.
These flaws do not prevent wear, but they are more apparent and should be expected.


Pre-Order Items & Processing Times

Items labeled as Pre-Order or those with a specified processing time in the description will not be shipped immediately. Please review the expected processing period before making a purchase.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued. Processing times are estimates, and while we aim for accuracy, slight variations may occur. These details will always be outlined in the product description.

Reworked Items

Products categorised as Reworked, such as Carhartt Reworked, are crafted using replacement materials, making them unique compared to standard versions. This may affect factors such as fit and overall construction.

As part of the reworking process, tags and logos may be recreated and affixed to the item. Please take this into account before purchasing, as these products feature a distinct material composition compared to their original counterparts.
